How long does a facelift usually last?

The length of time the results of a facelift procedure will last depend on a number of factors – the type of facelift procedure and surgical techniques used, the patient’s skin type, aging, medical history, exposure to the elements, skin care regimen, how well a patient followed post operative instructions, alcohol use and smoking can all affect the longevity of facelift surgery results.
